Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee
Objective
The Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been constituted to provide a fair, transparent and accessible mechanism for addressing and resolving grievances of students. The Committee ensures that students can raise their concerns freely and that their grievances are considered and addressed in a timely and impartial manner.

Scope of Grievances
Students may approach the Committee for grievances relating to the following academic, administrative and student welfare matters:
Academic Matters
Concerns related to academic activities, teaching and learning.
Examination-related Issues
Examination-related issues and academic assessment matters.
Admission & Administrative Matters
Issues relating to admission and administrative processes.
Fee-related Issues
Concerns relating to fees and associated financial matters.
Scholarship-related Matters
Issues relating to scholarships and related assistance.
Student Welfare & Facilities
Concerns regarding student welfare, facilities and campus support.
Harassment or Victimization
Complaints concerning harassment or victimization.
Discrimination
Concerns regarding discrimination or other student-related issues.
Other Student Concerns
Any other matter affecting the academic or institutional interests of students.
Grievance Submission
Students may submit their grievances to the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee through the E-Mail seg@sherwoodindia.in or designated grievance submission mechanism of the College.
The Committee shall examine each grievance fairly and impartially and take appropriate action in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
Confidentiality
The Committee shall maintain appropriate confidentiality and privacy while dealing with student grievances and shall ensure that grievances are handled in a fair and transparent manner.
